Mark Saville is the Interim President + CEO of Laguna College of Art + Design, Orange County’s leading and nationally recognized college of applied arts. A respected leader in institutional advancement, he brings nearly two decades of experience driving transformational growth across the nonprofit and cultural sectors.
Since joining LCAD in 2024, Saville has played a central role in shaping the college’s strategic trajectory, including helping to secure a landmark $40 million gift in 2025 — among the largest in Orange County history and the catalyst for the development of LCAD’s new 22,000-square-foot Innovation Center. His appointment as President reflects both the confidence of the Board of Trustees and his deep understanding of the institution’s mission, community and future potential.

His work has consistently focused on aligning philanthropic strategy with organizational vision, strengthening community partnerships and positioning creative institutions for long-term sustainability.
Saville’s leadership is grounded in a belief that creativity is central to economic and cultural progress, and that access to a rigorous arts education has the power to transform lives and shape the future.
