Facilitated by a nonprofit CRM expert with over a decade of experience helping mission-driven organizations get more from their data, this session cuts through the hype to help fundraisers understand where they actually stand and what their most realistic next step is. You'll leave with a completed scorecard and a prioritized action plan you can bring back to your team on Monday.

Outline:
-Setting the Stage — What does AI-ready data actually look like in a fundraising context? What's working, what isn't, and where nonprofits most commonly get stuck.
-Individual Self-Assessment — Participants complete the AI Readiness Scorecard across 5 dimensions, rating their own organization honestly.
-Small Group Work — Groups map 2–3 realistic AI use cases to their org's data maturity, capacity, and fundraising goals. Facilitator circulates to guide and prompt.
-Full Group Debrief — Surfacing common themes and patterns. Prioritization framework for deciding what to tackle first.
-Q&A and Resource Share — Key questions to ask vendors and where to go from here.
