Sarah Aghassi

Sarah Aghassi is across-sector strategist and operations executive with nearly twenty years in County of San Diego leadership, culminating as Interim Chief Administrative Officer leading 20,000 employees and an $8.5B budget. Prior to public service, she served as Director of Public Policy at the San Diego Regional Chamber of Commerce. As founder of Persica Sage Consulting, LLC, Sarah helps organizations rethink structures, strengthen culture, and align operations with their values – guiding leaders through people-first decision processes to determine where responsible technology truly adds value. Sarah holds a J.D. from the University of Pacific, McGeorge School of Law and a B.A. from the University of San Diego.
