Kerry Toolan, CSPG is Principal of All Points Ahead Inc., where she partners with nonprofit leaders to navigate growth, change, and complexity through consulting, coaching, interim leadership, and fundraising strategy.
With more than 30 years of experience in advancement and leadership, Kerry has led and strengthened programs spanning membership, annual giving, major and principal gifts, and planned giving. Her career includes significant contributions to public and private education, arts and cultural institutions, museums, performing arts organizations, and community-based nonprofits. She holds a master’s degree in Arts and Cultural Management from Claremont Graduate University and is a Certified Specialist in Planned Giving.
Today, Kerry focuses on one of the sector’s most urgent challenges: burnout among high-performing nonprofit professionals. As an Impact Coach, she combines deep fundraising expertise with research-based motivation and productivity frameworks to help leaders manage overwhelm, protect energy, and sustain performance. Her work equips seasoned professionals with practical tools to increase clarity, strengthen focus, and drive results without sacrificing mission or personal well-being.
