Katie Do is a multicultural leader leveraging global development, philanthropy, and business experience to strengthen organizations and community impact.

Bio
A multicultural leader, Katie has lived and worked in five different countries in Asia, Europe, and the U.S. She began her career with UNICEF, serving in Thailand, Switzerland, and the New York headquarters as a Global Communications and Recruitment Consultant. In this capacity, she led search and recruiting engagements for highly specialized professionals in the areas of development and disaster relief. Additional positions included working with UNICEF’s public sector fundraising office.
After moving back to the U.S., Katie was recruited into a Field Marketing Manager role with Dell Technologies, focusing on new business development. Passionate about social impact, Katie served as a core team leader to develop and integrate Dell’s corporate social responsibility goals into business operations.
Joining Blair Search Partners in 2023, Katie has leveraged her international development and philanthropic experience to lead engagements for clients such as International Relief Teams, Lifeline Community Services, SANDAG, WILDCOAST, and San Diego Foundation. Now in her third year with BSP, Katie’s role has expanded to Client Services Director. While focused on cultivating business development and community relationships, Katie continues to lead select search engagements for BSP clients as well. Katie’s community engagement includes serving with 1Must, a nonprofit providing free tutoring services to children in the refugee community. Katie is a Board Member at the American Red Cross for San Diego and Imperial Counties. She holds a BA from American University, an MA through a joint program from American University and Georgetown University, and a certificate for Sustainable Business Strategy from Harvard Business School Online.
