Julie Siebel helps nonprofits strengthen philanthropy, culture, and engagement through strategic leadership.

Bio
Julie has dedicated her career to helping nonprofit institutions achieve their potential through effective organizational management and excellence in volunteer engagement, and by focusing on philanthropy, culture change, and project management. Through organizations including Association of Junior Leagues, International, CHOC Children’s Hospital, Girl Scouts of Greater Los Angeles, and Scripps College, she brings more than 30 years of experience in strategic planning and analysis, campaigns, constituent engagement, operations management, institutional advancement, data mining, and communications. She has consistently launched, or enhanced, programs designed to build engagement, receive substantial philanthropic support, and achieve excellence.
Since joining CCS in 2014, Julie has partnered with nonprofit institutions across the breadth of the sector, elevating the intersectionality of culture, gender, and philanthropy. After eight years serving as a dedicated Director, she is now an Engagement Manager supporting the professional development of fellow team members and strengthening relationships with our clients. On a corporate level, Julie is a member of the Elevate Collective; a Learning Facilitator; and engages as part of the HigherEducation sector leadership.
